Las Olas Beach Apartments

The response from the host per my review completely ignores the concerns we had. We've never stayed in this property before! The photos advertised aren’t anything like what the room we had was. We were in the very back corner. We were booked for two nights, but checked out as quickly as possible the first morning. Floor was dirty, only one bath towel, bed was like a rocker, toilet was loose. Bathroom sink loose. No cold water in kitchenette area. Door latch was very insecure. Bed sheets looked stained. We had a room in the back that definitely didn’t have the same views as advertised. The host responded well but too many concerns to stay another night. Ended up just eating the second night stay cost.

The owner of these apartments was very kind and accommodating. However the room needed to be cleaned a bit better. Good location, right by the beach/ with good restaurants as well. However the cleanliness of the room was a issue .

The location is great, close to beach and restaurants. The apartment was gross, couch had crumbs and stains, bathroom curtain was moldy, fridge and walls were also dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, it felt like a semi inflated air bed and made a LOT of noise. Not a place we would stay again.

Please save your money and get a better place, the place wasn’t cleaned, trash can full as shown upon arrival, old food boxes in the fridge area, dirty floor, no hot water and barely any light. Sprayed the bed with my Lysol spray. Thank goodness this was booked as an emergency 1 night only I can’t imagine staying here longer. Owner said there’s nothing he could do about it followed by a goodnight text.

The place is nice and clean, quiet, secure and close to the beaches, Restaurants and stores. Jorge is a good host very helpful when you need. We will stay again in Las Olas Beach Apartments.
