Paradise!!! Only word i could use to describe how beautiful this place is!! The owners, the personnel on site, the views, the accommodation, everything is PERFECT!!! Food was fantastic ( you have to book the dinners because the food is delicious and worth trying even for people who are not vegetarians). I doubt there is a more peaceful place! I read reviews that said it s a long walk to the cabins... it s so not true! Zero mosquitos also, no flies no nothing. There are lizards but they run from you. We had the doors opened and everything and not one came inside. It was fantastic 👏 👌 I would go back over and over again and stay there for months! You can go down to the river, swim in the pool, even when it rains, to sit in your cabin with the doors open and just read a book and enjoy nature...it s paradise!! Thank you!!! This is real tourism 💝💖UNFORGETTABLE 🤩
Loved this place, very beautiful scenery, great for nature lovers, the infinity pool was amazing, the river was beautiful, Mr.Rodriguez was very welcoming, always available to answer my questions and he built those treehouses himself and did an amazing job they are very clean and comfortable, the room came with appliances, dishes, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove, and complimentary coconut milk, grapefruit juice , yogurt and water. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities you need. I DEFINITELY recommend, me and my husband loved it, it's a nice romantic get away oh yes and it came with complementary fruit and a blender , we made smoothies
My wife and I recently spent two nights in La Cascada and we can't recommend it enough. It is the longest hike down, so pack light, but once you are there, you might not want to leave. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with (as many have described) million dollar views.
We ate on site both nights, and the food was delicious and plentiful -- we were stuffed!
It's amazing to think that a place that feels so completely remote is only a short drive from the crowded highway. Can't recommend it enough!
It was a bucket list item to stay in a rainforest treehouse. This is a wonderful, special place. I stayed in La Cascada, which I believe is their largest room. Stunning views out the windows and doors, which you can open wide. Run by Joel, the property manager, and Luis, the cook, the two nicest people you could ever meet. We arranged to have dinner there two nights in a row and it was the best food we had on our whole trip - healthy, scrumptious, satisfying vegan meals. The infinity pool was a welcome respite from the unrelenting heat and humidity. I enjoyed searching for lizards and coqui frogs on the property. Only thing missing was monkeys and parrots. We had a rental car which made transportation between the lodge and activities easy and stress-free. We greatly appreciated the jug of water, coconut milk, granola, cashews, and fruit bowl they stocked the room with. Thank you for everything, Joel!
This place is magical. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the Coqui and waking up to birds and the river. We stayed in La Cascada, which seems to have the most privacy as there's no reason for others to walk past, but all of the units looked fantastic. Loved swimming in the river and the infinity pool, we never wanted to leave the property. Joel was super helpful and responsive. Hope to visit again!
