Our law office used Music Wave for the new office inauguration & blessing. We used their tents, illumination, tables, high tables, a bar and tablecloths. Salesperson, SUZELLIE, was so fantastic and patient. She provided so many options, stayed within our budget, provided excellent communication and always had a smile. The setup went well, although it took longer than anticipated and there were still some details I had to deal with personally, a few exposed wires and tent poles. Overall, it was a good experience - their showroom is AMAZING
Music Wave is a great company for all your rental needs. We chose them for our wedding, and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Their expansive showroom allows you to personally explore a wide range of options, and their bilingual staff adds an extra layer of convenience.
The punctual delivery and pickup of the rental items showcased their reliability, and we found their prices to be very fair. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Music Wave as a top-notch rental company for any event.
I went to the location in person to select the pieces I wanted for an event. The employee was very helpful and wrote everything down that I was interested in but did not give me a quote. She took down my contact info and said she would get me a quote within a few days. I never received a any email nor call. I called around 5 times over the course of a week and either didn’t get an answer, was hung up on, or was told they would call me back. Very unfortunate customer service because their furniture and party supplies seem great.

This place is the most opportunistic business run by an opportunistic owner. After a rental of $1,600, we respectfully requested the rental merchandise to be picked up before 11am the following day since the banquet place has an event the next day: They found an opportunity to request an additional $50 to be picked up before 11am. They did not pickup on time, se we figured we were on our right to request our $50 back. The owner, Jose M. Torres Cintron, very sarcastically and disrespectfully stated that $50 was not a substantial charge and if we wanted it back, he would do so, but he would personally and immediately instruct the pickup crew to not show up until end of business day. I have to pick one of those two choices, and I better choose quickly.
I now understand we should have read these reviews before contracting with them. It is evident this business is not respectable and honest. Obviously, he needs the money more than us. Enjoy
