We reserved tables, chairs, and tents 5 months in advance for April 19, which they had agreed to deliver the day before since it was for a wedding. Two days before they called us to tell us that it was not possible to deliver the merchandise that day, which was going to be the 19th since there is no work on Good Friday. Something that, although annoying, is understandable. We had rented a platform for a cake that was moving too much and we decided to put a cover on it, something that was never discussed that could not be done. It turns out that unfortunately it broke when trying to take it off. She sends us a message explaining the situation and my mother calls her since she was the one who paid them. To let them know that I was not going to pay it since due to their negligence we had to make extra expenses and they got hooked. They proceeded to send this message to my wife: "It's a shame that your mother calls with insults and lack of respect, but you can see how little education she has. That's not done. We're not going to argue for $50 dollars, which is worth the repair of what you damaged, but it's a lack of respect and inconsideration when she answers and delivers up to 6am. It's a pity and shame to work with people like that. If you don't have the $50, we understand, that won't make us richer, but you should “Be considerate and responsible when renting things that are not yours.” Unprofessional of you to speak that way towards the client's daughter. I hope the lady who answered takes some courses on how to handle clients.

7 years agoThe quality of service is outstanding. My party dinners have been dressed by their linen for years and I always find something new.
