Worst company you can use for your event! A company that steal the money from suppliers and employees. And they alway will try to get advantage of the clients. Sometimes they don’t pay they employees so the owner can go on vacations and employees have to wait another week for their money.
Had a signed contract for our wedding at Vivo Beach Club this past Saturday. They were supposed to deliver our chairs. They never picked up their phone, never returned our calls, were a no-call no-show to our wedding! To a wedding! Who does that, just doesn't show up? I ow I have to charge back the credit card charges and it's a whole thing. AVOID This company, please, buyer beware
We rented tables and chairs for a reception at the house. Called 14 other companies before Velvet. There is no need to call anyone else. Velvet provided excellent customer service, quick, professional delivery, and competitive pricing. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and execution.
We got married at Catedral Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista and wanted to help keep our ceremony guests cool so we and our wedding planner worked with Anamar at Velvet Event Rentals to rent a number of industrial fans. It was an easy and professional process!
