Really nice guys. When the lounge chair and umbrella rental guys left our things astray and took their umbrella rentals back without hesitation while it started to pour rain with our personal items underneath, these guys pulled our stuff into their tent when it was pouring rain and we really appreciated it. They were super considerate and reliable regardless.
We always have the Best rental experience with these guys. I have been to this place for many years. They were the first to bring the Banana Boat Rides and Jetskis to Crash Boat.
We had a blast on the Jetskis, the view of the coast is amazing Crash Boat is the best Beach in PR.
First time riding a jetski and the experience was awesome, employee’s are super attentive and the explain everything to make sure you are safe while riding the jetski.I will definitely return with friends.
Rented the Jetski for 30 min for $80. Jetski itself was fun and super fast. Staff was nice. I'm giving it 3 stars because we left at 11:28AM and got pulled back in at 11:53.. got shorted 5 min! Definitely annoyed me a bit but I figured it was because within those 30 minutes they count the time it takes you to get on/off the jetski. Bummer. Would do again for the hour though. To be honest I found it to be reasonably priced. I rented a jetski once in NYC for $300/hr to ride on the Hudson river so this was good.
This is the most horrible customer service. All they care about is making money. They do not care whats so ever about your safety. They care about the jetskis more. And when in need of help, no where to get help!! They hesitate to assist you. They were quick to pull the jetski with a rope before even helping a human.
