Be careful with this store and its online portal. I purchased a piece around July 26th and 27th from their online store. On the 27th, I wrote to them requesting they cancel the order, as I had found the same piece at another local jewelry store for a cheaper price. They never responded to that email. I followed up on August 12th via email, but nothing. In between, I even called the store's registered phone number at different times of the day, but they never answered. Magically, on August 15th, I received an email with a USPS tracking number. I clicked on the link, and it still appears in pre-shipment status to this day. It took them a little over a month to respond to emails and ship the piece. Customer service seems nonexistent. Unfortunately, I feel like I lost/wasted my money with this local company.
