I tried to contact them before the 24-hour reservation deadline to cancel due to health issues. All my calls came back as unintentional. I made them from different phones. As a last resort, I texted them through their reservation app, but they didn't answer either. I contacted their reservation app via text message, looking for options to change the date, but that app is even worse. It's called Viator (which I don't recommend at all; it's a total rip-off). In short, I couldn't change the date, only cancel, and they keep your money. In my case, it was $60... I don't recommend it due to the lack of communication and customer service.
