This beach is great! There is tons of ocean, and a beach is quite fast.
The ocean water is quite warm, Even at 10:00 p.m. at night.
If you're someone who is looking for sea glass, this place might be a small issue, as the beach is somewhat pristine.
There is a park right next to the beach, which is great for kids, and for those who are settling down from a bender.
Don't be afraid to wonder around. My wife and I were pretty worried and we got over it. We walked from the Double Tree. Be careful with traffic!!! The ocean is so beautiful!!! The water was perfect. Sucked we had rip tides.
Lovely spot for some self guided yoga (grateful to the Tai Chi group that was practicing for inviting me to join them as well!) Gorgeous views of the city and the beach to the east. Particularly scenic as the rains came in!

2 months agoOur favorite park near where we live. Swings, slides, and other fun features of the jungle gym. Plenty of space to ride scooters.
