The seller Rafael Calderon is irresponsible and has no say. They gave me a wrong quote and I had to pay double to get them started. They demand full payment without finishing. After three weeks and excuses
I called DACO and the next day I had the grass installed. I hope the complaint is registered with DACO because they are irresponsible and I definitely do not recommend them. Here the client is NOT right.
They have an operator who tells you to press 1 to leave a message with your name and number. They'll call you back, and your voicemail will be full. If you want to stay on the line, you can't because the operator hangs up on you.
Terribly irresponsible. I went in person for a quote, and a week later, they never sent me anything. Thank God I found another responsible person who did the PVC fence work for me.
