    The guys that work for Jose do a good job doing the yard and Jose is very skilled but he is very unreliable. You have to chase him down all the time. He never shows up as promised. The job takes forever because he procrastinates and there’s always something: the car broke down, he’s busy with another client, he’s got a “personal situation”, etc. Use at your own risk.
