$12.95, $8.95, $4.95 for washes.
$7.00 or $5.00 for drying.
LIQUID or PODS detergent, only.
Not bad prices if you do your math well. Most definitely bigger than expected and quite resourceful and helpful are the employees (Cassandra and Edvelyn (? Not sure if I spelt the name right haha)) they both have excellent customer service skill).
Best time to visit is most definitely during 12pm or before(if want to beat the crowd rush).
That being said, I advise to be patient if you notice there aren't many machines available, since they also do drop offs and the employees need most of the washing and drying machine to cater to those service
Ample parking space-and free-, so no need to feel overwhelmed about where to park.
I drove 30 minutes (including toll there and back) to come to this place. They added too much soap as the washer was finishing the cycle there was still a lot of suds on the clothes and glass of the washer.
I ended up having to do the long drive back including paying toll again and taking it some where else and pay to get it washed again to get all the soap out and then dried again a second time as well.
The woman over there was very friendly and helpful though, just ended up with a bad experience unfortunately.
Visiting Trujillo Alto with Hubby for the first time and I must say, I’m impressed with this business. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very clean and organized, bathroom also clean. We were going to drop our laundry and have them do it but unfortunately it seemed like they had alot of orders and so would take alot longer to get back than we wanted. However, for 14 1/2 lbs of clothes it would have been $29 & change which if you think about it, not bad as they wash, dry and fold which includes detergents, etc. There is parking but like everywhere around here, spaces are tight and narrow but all in all pleasant experience and it only took about an hr or so to finish.
