Utilized the wash and fold once a week for four weeks and it was amazing. Super friendly, all the clothes came back clean and folder. Def worth the price
Ok service, we needed clothes washed after being in USVI for a week, didn’t want to take away time from our short stay here in PR so we chose a wash and fold close by. They were nice, a little pricey ($4.50/pound) and extra for stains. They did a good job getting stains out but the folding was sort on non existent. If you don’t mind your clothes being wrinkly and not folded then this is the place to go.
We needed a wash and fold place to drop some laundry before a cruise. This place was great, we had it dropped off by 10:30am and it was ready at 2 the same day! When we picked it up, it was all clean and folded relatively neatly. I would recommend!
I was on vacation, and decided used their wash and fold service. When I picked-up my clothes, I was surprised at the way the bag looked. It wasn’t neat. My clothes were not nearly folded. It looked like my clothes were just thrown into the clear plastic bag. To make matters worst, my whites were now light grey. I initially did not mind the $2.50 a pound, although it’s much more than I pay in NYC,, but with the horrible service I was given,
I do mind.
Please stay away from this location with your wash and fold. And since I did not use their dry clean service, I can’t comment on that service, but can not imagine it being much better.
Very unsatisfied customer!!
They are a bit pricy and my socks are sorted in random order, but they do have several parking spots that are easy enough to get into. I've used them for wash and fold services four times now, and every time they've had my laundry finished when they promised. They've made it easy enough for me, that I haven't tried to find another wash and fold place.
