My name is Sabrina, and this is my favorite Laundromat in Puerto Rico. Even after purchasing my property on the island, I continue to visit this laundromat from time to time. Their wash-and-fold service is truly impeccable—highly professional, with garments folded more neatly than I could ever manage myself.
The owner is exceptionally kind and always willing to help. Since the first time I met him, he has offered me valuable advice and shared a wealth of knowledge about the island. He speaks excellent English and is very personable, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.
The environment is consistently clean and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable laundry services with warmth and professionalism.
Attendant is very rude, acts like he owns the place. He choses who he wants to be nice too. So many reviews on how rude this man is and he’s still employed doesn’t make sense. The dryers are terrible as well! Drive further out for more spacious and modern facilities with ample parking.
I was a little concerned about some of the reviews I read, but we had an easy and stress-free experience. The guy was pleasant and the machines were fast and simple to use. A medium temperature wash cost us 4.50 (in quarters) and a small bottle of detergent was another 2.50. The wash completed in less than half an hour and the clothes came out smelling clean. No complaints.
I never never never give a bad review. This didn’t even deserve a star. I’ve been washing my clothes here for 3 years. Recently, they’ve just added new LG machines. The last time I came here, I wondered why my clothes were still soiled after I ran it through the dryer. Today I realized my clothes were still dry after a full cycle of wash. I asked the attendant as to why were they still dry. He tells me that I put too much clothes in it, I didn’t think so. Initially he didn’t want to speak English. I know it’s my fault I didn’t learn Spanish. But he gestured to put both my loads into one grand machine, the type of machine I normally use when I come here. It’s $8 for a load. He put $4 and had me put $4 more. I told him that he should give me $9 refund for the machines that didn’t even wet my laundry. It’s $4.50 for each medium size machine. Then he started speaking in English telling again that I put too much clothes and that it is a high-tech machine. I will finish drying my clothes here for the last time and will never be back here again. Mr. Rafael is the guys name… This is the edited additional review… As I was finishing my laundry, Mr. Rafael approached me and tells me that he’s the owner and he reserves the right who he serves. Additionally, he says not to ever come back. I told him I’ve been washing my clothes here for 3 years and he insisted that I have not, in a raised voice. I named the lady attendants name, Maria, she was very nice, and he says he knows Maria and she’s his friend. Well folks, that was my plan when I got disrespected, to not ever return to this laundromat. The last time I was here, before this time, I told him buenas dias, he was fixing something in the garage. There’s another laundromat near me but I only come here because of my loyalty to the business. This place doesn’t deserve my loyalty and my business. I’ve referred people to this place. Lots of tourist come here my referrals. Not anymore. Too bad.
