Laundromat Gigante – Laundry Service

I’ve only been to a handful of laundromat places in the area, and Laundromat Gigante is by far the cleanest and most convenient location. The owner is always available and willing to assist. Five out of five for sure!

I got here at 12 and the lady said she closed at 3pm so give me no service despice they were multiple machines open. When I said that she said no pesetas ( meaning no coins) awful customer service

I only needed to dry my sheets. The woman wouldn't let me stay and told me it was complete service only. I could wash my sheets and then dry them but I could not just dry them. This place is a joke. There were over a dozen dryers sitting empty. I needed one for 20 minutes.

The information they give to add to Google indication about business hours are totally incorrect for the customers. And when you arrive there is a crazy woman who works there all the time toll you to go away because she was closing in one and a half hour. She don't let us dry the close and leaf us with the close all wet, but when a friend's of her arrive later than us she let him dry his clothes like we were nothing a hi has some privileged, even my wife was pregnant she give a pass to the fat man a not the woman who carries a baby and it's more difficult for us. I hope that addict woman was go fire and let the business work and make money. I feel bad for the owner who the some creepy person run the business to lose customers.

Went yesterday 1/23/2024 for the first time. The lady that works there was way rude, treated me like I was dumb and I was supposed to know the rules of the laundromat. I would never go back to this place. 👎👎👎
