I used to go here all the time for fluff and fold laundry. Last year, after the trop storm went past, I went to pick my laundry up but the price went up 70%, which I questioned. The new cashier said I could wait for the owner but she couldn't give me a time. I needed the laundry, so I paid the exorbitant price and I haven't been back since. Prior to that, they were reasonable and did an ok job. Pricing and customer service cost them 2 stars
If I could give Laundry Express zero stars, I absolutely would. This place has been a nightmare from start to finish, and they have cost me nearly $2,000 in ruined clothing. I entrusted them with high-quality items for dry cleaning, only to get back a mess of damaged, unrecognizable pieces that were practically destroyed. It was like they put my clothes through a shredder instead of a cleaning process.
It was neat and clean the young lady even the other clients washing were very helpful. She made sure I was ok and comfortable and I had everything I needed. She also checked on me through out my time in there. I would most definitely recommend and got my car cleaned right next door the people are phenomenal.
