Highly recommend!!! I was staying in holiday inn of Mayagüez and had a family photo shoot scheduled and completely forgot to have our dresses ironed. Laundry Puerto Rico was do accommodating!!! Our 3 dresses were dropped off and they had them ready by 1:30pm the same day ready for me to pick up! I’m so grateful for their help! After the photoshoot I used them again to get all the stains and sand out of the dresses they had the dresses ready again by that same evening!! Super clean and looking brand new! Highly recommend this place
In my opinion, I am very sorry Abel brought a suit to this Laundry Puerto Rico.
Not only did they damage my suit when I brought it in to be cleaned and ironed, but they also did not honor the service. I don't think I will bring any items to this laundry located in Mayagüez again. I describe it not as inept but rather as lacking professionalism.
Although experiences are diverse, mine was frustrating when such an important piece was damaged. In fact, giving this company one star is a lot.
