After agreeing on a pick up and drop off location, the ”manager” Jose informed us that he was going to charge us an extra $175 to drop us off at the location we had already agreed on. This happened while we were already on the bus in the middle of the tour, so he left us no choice but comply to his demands otherwise we were all going to be stranded at a drop off that was not agreed on. He had poor communication while booking. Jose had told us that he will be the driver for the bus, and that was also not true. We had a driver who was on his phone the whole time swerving in and out of lanes while going up and down the mountains, and that made us very nervous we couldn’t even enjoy the party bus. The bus was not clean or fully functional. We will definitely not recommend this service to anybody.
