We travel to San Juan often, and used other services. On our last trip we contacted Exclusive to book our transportation to our hotel, and other locations. The agent on the phone was quite pleasant, and gave us great suggestions for some restaurants, and suggested some recommendations for our busy itinerary. The reservations were flawless, to include the confirmations, and notification for each trip. Our driver arrived early to all services, we booked suvs, and all vehicles looked brand new, our driver Jaime was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable of the area, definitely made a difference getting us on time to all of our meetings. We will for sure use them every time we comeback. By far the best limo service we’ve used in PR so far. Highly recommend!!

Best service in town. We asked for an SUV for our family. SUV was new and clean. Israel was superb and super informative about the city and thing to do. Booking was super easy, the office staff was really helpful and gave us some suggestions for our trip. Trip to airport was as excellent as the arrival. We will see you next time we visit!!
