During a recent trip to Puerto Rico I used First Class Destination Solutions for my trip between the airport and resort. My trip from the airport was booked ahead of time and went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and the driver was good but not too talkative.
My return to the airport was booked last minute due to changes with my flight and my other ride to the airport. I worked with Lidia who was able to get me booked for the next morning even though it was almost 9:00 PM when I called.
I recommend First Class Destination Solutions if you need transportation while in Puerto Rico
I was very pleasantly surprised. They waited near baggage claim and with a sign with my name. Our driver was super nice and helped us with our bags and he was parked in an area that was designated for them. I love that because it was away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for the VIP experience!
We were very happy with this service. They greeted us at baggage claim and brought us directly to our ride. Upon entering the ride they provided cold water and the driver was super friendly, informative and helpful.
Our driver Roberto was extremely professional and friendly. He engaged with me and my family and explained things as we drove around San Juan. I would highly recommend him and his services.
