Manny Limousine and Party Bus

We made a reservation with this company for a bus that included karaoke, lights, smoke effects, a ramp for people with disabilities, among other things. However, on the day of the event, they sent us a bus that only had music—none of the promised features were fulfilled. The driver was very kind, and we understand he's not to blame for management's decisions. However, the management was completely irresponsible. They offered to refund my money, but we had already booked 37 people who had been waiting early for this highly anticipated event. Canceling wasn't a real option after planning everything weeks in advance. I do not recommend this company. The way they handled the situation was completely disrespectful. We booked a party bus with this company that was supposed to include karaoke, lights, smoke effects, a ramp for people with disabilities, and more. The limo ride was excellent on January 13, 2024! Celebrating my happy birthday! The driver was very punctual and responsible. Everyone was fascinated with the interior decor and comfort. We really enjoyed it! The limo was very elegant and beautiful. I loved it!
