Run Away!!!!
I would like to express my strong discontent with our recent experience at this property. We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport and the generally positive reviews on Airbnb.
While the beds were extremely comfortable, that was overshadowed by a severe BEDBUG infestation. I had hoped my discomfort was merely from mosquito bites, but after notifying the host, they initially appeared concerned. However, once we checked out, they merely mentioned their routine pest control measures, which was unsatisfactory.
We encountered several other issues during our stay:
- Arriving at 2:30 AM turned into a scavenger hunt for the keys. Although I eventually reached someone via phone after multiple calls, it was quite frustrating.
- There was no running hot water because the staff had not properly connected the necessary equipment.
- The internet service was also out, but I appreciate the quick response in providing an alternative.
Moreover, I had to dispose of all my belongings due to the infestation, which included valuable souvenirs and merchandise from Bad Bunny.
Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this property as the risks associated with staying here are far too great.
This was a nice quiet place for my friend and I to crash the night before an early flight. This place unfortunately did not have hot or warm water- but we roughed a cold shower.
Noa Tours has excellent service! Highly recommended for all services needed 10/10,
They went above and beyond with the service they have access to the ramp in the private terminal and can pick up the VIP guest right at the private aircraft.
Use the service for my family and I and we were very happy! Noa Tours was a very professional experience and definitely exceeded my expectations that whenever I visit Puerto Rico I will continue using them and the driver was very friendly and punctual driving at the speed of the law and we loved the SUV unit and with very competitive prices I congratulate you! A service like this was needed 😊 I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
