Playa Jobos is one of the most popular surfing beaches in Puerto Rico. Playa Jobos is a beach offering something for everyone. Jobos has authentic casual island vibe, with unique natural wonders to admire and legend lives on.
Street parking can be tough, but the beach is clean with bathrooms at beachfront restaurants. Parking is also available for $10 daily. They also rent umbrellas and chairs, if needed. A short walk along the rocks to Pozo de Jacinto and the end of the Isabela boardwalk that runs about 2 kms long.
This is one of my favorite beaches on the entire island. It offers the opportunity for surfing, especially for those who are little new to the sport. However, this beach has a current that will pull people out all throughout the day I went in July 2024 and had to assist the rescue of six people, if you’re not a good swimmer, this isn’t for you
Parking 🅿️ in the street is tough, but there are some locals who would let you park in there property for a moderate price like $10. Bathrooms in local restaurants are available and clean. Food and drink options from a few places to choose from. There’s a surfing school here you can watch the surfers practice. There is also a chair and umbrella rental place. Waste and recycling bins close by too, so there’s no excuse to leave trash behind. Overall, a great beach to hangout with family and friends, eat & drink.
This is my absolute favorite beach in all of PR. We came back here twice just to watch the sunset with a pair of chairs and enjoy the crashing of the waves on the giant rock cliff structure overlooking the water. It has it all: fun beach to swim, the views, a nice hike to the other side, alcohol, food, and plenty of shops. Only problem is parking could be hard to find on a busy weekend. Parking lots charge $10 but if you're lucky to find street parking I recommend you park on the street instead.
A great gem and hidden find. The huge body of a rock makes a great for swimmers and novice surf riders to enjoy the waves of the island.
All while enjoys great music and food hosted by restaurants near by. You can use the trails and or beach to walk around or even bike!
Beautiful area to get a away and enjoy the humility the Ocean has to offer!
We are looking forward to stop by again.
