I contacted Marisol from Los Angeles to help make my proposal in San Juan perfect. She was very helpful and accommodating as the cruise ship I was coming on had to re-route and change its itinerary due to weather. She was able to make sure everything went smoothly. The sign looked amazing and my now fiance was extremely happy with it all!! Thanks Marisol!!

If I could give them less I would. Poor customer service skills. The right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. If you don’t mind working with incompetent and unprofessional people, be my guest. Very bad experience.

The employees were really nice and helpful. (It is really pretty the letters they use for proms and jr proms)
