My first day there and the customer service was poor and the staff felt it was more of a priority to talk bad about a customer, in front of me, rather than to provide customer service
I'm 58 yes old, first time buying THC. 3 disks replacement, chronic pains. From the front entrance, everyone friendly. In back, it really helpful to talk to 2 gentleman that help me pick THC, since I can't smoke it. When by supply end I will definitely be back. A great experience. Only think was cash only. Went back for refill still great customer service.
The staff is wonderful and so are the products! Unfortunately, the blond chunky manager has an attitude problem. She is acid to the company. Some patients who come to this dispensary have nerve issues, and she is not someone who should be representing this or any other dispensaries with her sour personality. She rushes the customer if you ask about certain products she will just try to rush you with her impatience. Just way to passive aggressive and well something needs to be done about that blonde miserable lady.
