The Lobby at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

Reading some reviews I was very worried however our vacation in El San Juan was amazing. We booked pool villa and it was super clean, nice and comfortable. The hotel has couple of pools, nice music. We played volleyball and enjoyed ourselves. It was amazing vacation in amazing place.

From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the pool. He was always quick to respond to our requests, offering great recommendations and checking in regularly without being intrusive. His positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests. I had the pleasure of being served by Juan Soto during our time on the beach, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. He made sure our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time by the water. His friendly attitude and excellent service really enhanced our experience, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend requesting him if you're lucky enough to visit!

Juan Soto is the King of beach attendants. I never went without a drink. He spoke to my wife like she was a queen. He is one of the world’s most interesting men. His partner, Darren Lopez, is another outstanding personality. Hailed from the beautiful isle of Puerto Rico, Darren will bring you towels. Grapes, and anything else your heart desires. I highly recommend these gentlemen for beach attendants while traveling to Puerto Rico.

Great time by the pool and ocean!! The staff is amazing, Sheila was our waitress and was on point the whole time. Update...after or before every day trip we spent our time at the pool and ocean. I give them a boatload of credit, all of PR lost power and they didn't lose a beat. From Sheila to Michael Mendez and Enwil we were made to feel like family. Tough circumstances make good teams shine.
