The Lobby at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service we received from Michael Mendez during our stay. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the pool. He was always quick to respond to our requests, offering great recommendations and checking in regularly without being intrusive. His positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests. Fantastic hotel. The lobby maintains the character of a bygone era for hotels built in the 50s. The room was great with a refreshed, modern shower. The staff was fantastic. We returned to the beach on our third day and the beach staff had already laid out towels, chairs and umbrellas in the spot we used the two previous days. The only negative comment I have is on the noise from the club in the hotel. We were located three rooms from the elevator and directly above the club on the 1st floor. Although our room was on the 6th floor, we could hear the thump of loud music until almost 5am on the week end

Eddy Perez and Liz Fermin at the beach were so friendly, professional, attentive and hard working! The beach staff all smiled and made us feel so relaxed. Joel Fuentes on the beach goes out of his way to help and make it an enjoyable experience. We’ll be back. Katherine at the pool, Carmen at the bar and all the staff at the restaurants were incredible The food was all excellent and lots of choices. Drinks And bar way too expensive and very upsetting. I had a $24 margarita. Room was comfortable but next time I’d pay more and upgrade and not stay in tower. Pools great and ocean with chairs so perfect! Well run and great staff!
