Zaboré Bar & Rest. 

Located Right in the center of Caguas this restaurant is a perfect fusion of comfort food meets a sophisticated and very creative menu featuring Puerto Rico’s best cuisine. Starting with the zabore loaded, a mixture of thin and crispy malanga chips loaded with smoked pulled pork and topped with mayoketchup, pico de gallo and a delicious cheese sauce. Their signature homemade mac and cheese is a must and adding the protein will take it to another level. Trust me on this one since I had second thoughts before ordering it and I am glad I was brave to try it! Trifongo is also a delicious dish that you can get with many different options. Also shown on these pictures are the risotto, as rich as it looks and don’t be fooled it is so filling that you probably won’t be able to finish it. The only thing I didn’t love really was their sangria. Maybe go with the mojito instead. But I will definitely be back for more!

For a place that’s one of few open a Sunday for tourists and locals sad to say that servings are small. Not that the taste is not good but servings are small and I asked for double meat and they served a quarter and refused to give more for the same price Shame on you for deceiving your customers
