I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos the locksmith and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with his level of service. In a time of need, when other vendors told us it would be a two-day wait for assistance, Carlos came to our rescue and arrived as quickly as possible. His prompt response was greatly appreciated and his services were top-notch.
Not only did he arrive quickly, but he was also highly knowledgeable and professional in his approach to solving our issue. He had all the materials we needed on hand and he took the time to explain the problem and the solution, and he made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving.
I highly recommend Carlos for all your locksmith needs. He truly exceeded my expectations with his reliable and efficient services. If you're in need of a locksmith, look no further! Carlos is your guy.
This guy saved our lives the other day. We lost the key to our old car and couldn’t find anyone who would work with a car as old as ours.
He came and spent so much time to help make sure we were all set, made us an extra key and was so knowledgeable with everything. Your average locksmith wouldn’t have been able to do what he did it was incredible.
Called this company because I lost my car key. He asked all the questions make, model, and a description of the key, we agreed on a price of 260 and he'll be there in 1 hour. I walked home got my wallet, went to the bank, and waited on him. He calls me and has me send the location I do. About another 2 hour goes by and I call to get an eta and he notified me he's not on the way and he doesn't have my key in stock. I get upset, why he didn't communicate this and he blames me for losing the key in the first place! No joke! Don't waste your time with this guy he's a total joke of a lockSmith
They saved us BIG time! We accidentally locked our dog in our rental car with the keys, and were rightfully freaking out. We called, explained, sent our address, and they sent someone right away. Luís showed up quickly, and unlocked our door within a minute. Thank you SO so much.
I lost my keys, I call him and he responds with a bad attitude like it's not my fault that they don't give you the attention at home that you want. He asks me a thousand things, I answer him and he gets upset because he has to do his job. I blame myself for losing the keys and that the key I have "had better work when programmed and if it doesn't work the way I want I'll have to pay him just because he had to get up from his furniture. Tremendous irresponsible person who doesn't like his job. Go away, you're old.
