When I get good service I feel I need to pay it back. Valenzuela Locks. Friendly, helpful, timely and good job. I called to install a door lock I had bought and need to enlarge the hole in the door to accommodate the new one. No problem. They asked for pictures of the existing lock and the new one and would get back to me. They called back in no time and said they can install and gave me a quote. The called a tech for availability and less than an hour after I was a happy customer. I would recommend
Quick service with reasonable price. Very good attitude. I would love to recommend this place. Went for an Automobile key duplication, the service cost was lowest amongst others.
Customer service over the telephone was rude. Man kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me explain my problem. He then referred me to a phone number that never answered the phone. Don’t waste your time.
Super professional and friendly. Shop is well organized and clean. They even called me back after a missed call (rare of other businesses in the area).
Guy doesnt even know how to do his job or how to copy keys properly when I asked him to copy a simple key he didnt do it properly I not being a locksmith couls tell the key would not fit and informed him of this then he begins to say since the lock is chinese hes having issues and id need to bring the lock I asking him for my money back for such horrible service he refused and told me theres nothing he could do
