I called them over a month ago to get a quote for some cardboard racks. They responded quickly and provided me with an email address to send the information to. Since then, I haven't heard from them. I've called, emailed, and WhatsApped them, and nothing.
Today I was served by an extremely friendly lady who answered all my questions and gave me perfect guidance. I'll be back this Tuesday to finalize my order.
