MAC Cosmetics

Pitiful place. The workers are very rude towards tourists. My friend and I walked in looking for lipgloss as we’re frequent Mac users. Three workers didn’t welcome nor offer us any help. We walked around for two minutes with no help. The second a boricua walked in they welcomed her into the store and offered her assistance. They assumed we didn’t speak Spanish when we do.

Zavvika was awesome. Very attentive and matched me perfectly 💗💗

The sale reps are rude and standoffish. They don’t even offer help. I wanted to buy a powder and a heavyset woman with red hair kept forcing me to buy what she wanted me to.

Excellent customer service, was given a gift as I was leaving the store. A gift that was needed because I was traveling on a plane.

Pricey but worth it. Good customer service.
