I had such a terrible experience with Nicole Rodz in 2016 that it still boils my blood. Her employees had no sense of direction after I was at a nearby Mall only a block away from their studio. It took me 1 hour and a half to finally find the studio on my own since her employees where useless. They had no signal at the studio to make the money transfer to pay for my course and because of that I had to leave. While I was on my way home, I realized that the money transfer had been successful and I didn’t even take the course. I called everyday for a week to reclaim my $150 without any success and warned her followers. Finally, Nicole cared enough to send me an email 2 weeks later. She wasn’t willing to refund my money she only gave me a credit which I was not interested on using do to their lack of customer service and ethical business.
I have never had a problem with any other makeup artist and I am so glad I didn’t allow this bad experience to ruin my chances of taking an amazing Makeup Class. I am grateful for the talented and kind MA Ednaliz Cosme who I highly recommend.
When business owners learn how to give good customer service they’ll start see how their business becomes successful. Customers are the ones who put food over your table so value them and give an optimal service.
My wedding was over one year ago and I still cringe at the thought of this woman. She literally ruined my wedding day and is a thief! Stole from me and all of my bridesmaids...showed up at 3 pm to do my makeup which was the time I was supposed to be leaving for the ceremony!!!! .. half of my bridesmaids did their own makeup and had to pay the full amount in CASH .. super shady... whole thing as a nightmare. I’m also leaving out that she kicked out my sister and MOH the day of the rehearsal dinner and her assistant screamed at us in her studio lobby.... made up a lie that Puerto Rico had a law that only one person was allowed in the room for the makeup trial.. I could go on and on about her and her LIES and dishonesty .. she’s a rutheslwss narcissist human being who only cares about MONEY... demanding cash up front before services are rendered ... She robbed me of the positive once In a life time experience I should of had .. instead she left with me stress and a knot in my stomach .. I feel nauseas thinking about it. I left a review on yelp and have had several other brides message me with similar stories. She tells the same lies over and over.. she’s late because “her assistant got into a car accident...” STAY as FAR AWAY FROM
THIS WOMAN AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!! She caused me stressed and drama
The day of my rehearsal dinner, night before the wedding when she emailed me that she was coming 4 hours later than originally discussed and the day of.. I ended up being 2 hours late for my ceremony because of NiCOLE RODZ who showed no remorse or empathy what so ever. stay away!!!
