If I could give this a 0 stars I could. Went to the San Juan Puerto Rico store for Mother day to splurge and was looking for a specific makeup brand. I walked around the store for a few minutes but could not find it and decided to ask an employee for help. I approached an employee and said "excuse me" and with a rude attitude turned to me and said "what?", I was taken a back but a continued saying "where can I find IT Cosmetics?". The horribly RUDE employee turned away from me without saying a word and walked off pointing to the area where the brand was. I was so stunned with his attitude that I wanted to leave but my husband convinced me to ask another employee for help so I decided to ask another employee that was stocking products behind me and I just said "excuse me" and oh boy if eye contact could kill I would be dead, she stared at me without saying a word. So i decided to walk away and leave the store without buying anything. The two employee were rude and unprofessional. I literally walked to my car crying. So much for a great mothers day experience. I will never purchase anything from Sephora again.
Great management team. But the brand sells multiple products that are almost never in stock like the “Sephora Favorites Cologne Sampler”. I bought my sampler bag a month ago and I’m still waiting for the fragrance that I would like to have. Can’t have my money back or have a store credit because it’s a “Final Sale” product. Called customer service and they can’t help me because they can’t send the fragrance to Puerto Rico and they don’t know how long it would take for it to be in the store. It’s not worth the wait and a SCAM.
Love this line #Skinfix I give it to my husband for his psoriasis and is doing wonders in his face and hands. Also, the body line is amazing 🤩 I’m using the pads, the scrub and the cream and my skin feels great. I recommend this line for problem skin.
Good buying experience. Was helped by two employees. Found what I was looking for quickly. The paying cue was a bit long, but the cashiers keep it moving.
