It's an exclusive, resort-like, well appointed Spanish mansion from days of yore. The east-facing terrace has a view of sea on its south end. To northwest terrace, you get premium outdoor furniture, washer/dryer, & view of jungle trees (mango among others) that form canopy holding in the way things were. Our feline eyed the jungle's blackbird, chased geckos, swankered across banister-top planks, enchanted by the rustic neighbor yard to north. My favorite, their maintenance guy, he's old school, a local, and apparently cat-approved. To the location, good luck. I amended Google Maps cause it led me somewhere else, but that's part of the charm, foo'. The neighbors here, more diamonds in the rough. You can literally leave your car unlocked on this dead-end road. Finally, the hostess taking guest calls, mucha suave. I'd had an all nighter en route from San Juan, she overrode the Schlage wifi combo lock remotely. This place is secured by 24 hour cameras. Breeze coming out of east seemed evaporatively cooled, cool enough to take the edge off mornings / evenings doing that terrace ritual in me skivvies. So thumbs up in general.
