This place is amazing in every way, before taking my first class I was a little scared and quite worried if I'm being honest, but the second I walked in the building everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Not only does this place teach you and your family how to defend yourselves through the various martial art programs they offer, but the discipline and personal growth you get out of this place is incomparable to any other. This is one of the few places where even though every class you take won't be easy, it makes you to want to go back again and again. I'm truly glad I found this place and the people in it, not only has it helped me to get over certain aspects of my past but it has made me quicker, stronger and it's helped me grow as a person including those around me as well. I will be forever grateful to this place and our wonderful coach. If I could rate it any higher I would, 10/10.

I love it! The friendly, family-oriented atmosphere makes you feel comfortable from day one. Seeing how my daughter has grown, evolved, and improved in the discipline of Taekwondo lets me know she's in the right academy! They're very active. Not just in classes, but throughout the year there are different activities to encourage sharing and fellowship among all of us who participate in PLI.

She has been attending the academy for nine years and has seen significant growth not only in her physical ability but also in her confidence and discipline. The instructors are dedicated, professional, and true mentors who care about the well-being of each student.
