I placed a custom order for my friend’s birthday dinner, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. He took the time to discuss my needs and made thoughtful suggestions. The quality of the meat is outstanding, and the prices are fair—definitely worth every penny!

I am so happy I found a family owned butcher near my place. I am all about being fresh and feeling healthy. The family greeted me and even gave Valentino a treat. Valentino also was excited because he knows he’s getting a bone from the rib eye! Everyone stop in and see the selection. I am soooo delighted and doing the buen provecho dance! I made a call in order about 10 minutes before closing. Not only did they keep the doors open a few minutes after closing, I was allowed to take my time and explore the store. The products, 2 New York strips and shitake mushrooms, were 1st class. The wine recommendation paired perfectly. Quality service. Even better people. 5 stars!!!
