I live nearby, and it's a great place for someone who doesn't have one. The women who take care of them are kind and treat them like family. The good thing is that they don't lock them up; they go out and wander around or sit on the sidewalk. Those who stay at Hogar Cordero are very calm. They greet you and have a good time.
