Food is delicious and care is well, terapeutic group activities are well structured but experience may vary depending on patients and their personalities. Medical care is exelent. Each room is like a hotel with airconditioning and room cleaning each day or when needed. There are 2 beds per room and there is actual HOT HOT HOT running water.
Food comes with a small little preference menu where you may choose food for breakfast/lunch and dinner but these may vary on some ocationes due to the serving arrangements of the main hospital.
Bad thing is the fater has a high clorox content for sanitary reasons so I do not recoment it in full hot if you care for the overall look and longetivity of your youth and skin.
I did not get the opportunity to properly flex my english but Im sure the staff are well obliged.
Great/ very nice people working there (that's a strong). A big mishap was that for an unknown reason they didn't refer my son for continued services as mom, his psicologist and another psicologist (program coordinator) for ASSMCA suggest and asked Panamericano to follow thru as part of the discharge. This has cause mom and dad to request a 4.11 in court for assistance from the Legal System. Extensive hours not to mention that needed therapies has been interrupted and general wellbeing is compromised.
Why Panamericano ignore de-escalation (not hospitalized) programs in benefit of the patient? Why Panamericano did't coordinate a mental health emergency transition to a supervised program? Instead, he was sent home. In brief, I could describe Panamericano as having questionable management and poor comunication skills with other programs for continued services.

In this hospital, the majority of the workers do not care about the well-being of the patient, my mother was confined and she even came out with a huge bruise and we were never notified. We only realized when she got home and we bathed her, she even mentioned that he mistreated her there. The social worker Karla is conspicuous by her absence, no matter how much you want to know the patient's status, they only tell you that they will call you back and they never do, my sister had to go in person and talk to the supervisor because otherwise we wouldn't even find out anything , Then it was me and the next day and it seems they were upset by the situation, they wanted to discharge her the day after we spoke and she is the same 🤦🏻♀️ only because we let it be known that my mother was not alone, it is unfortunate since my mother arrived very badly disoriented, hallucinating and anxious and yet they don't care!!! I could say more but otherwise I won't finish! Never bring your family here if you really love them.
