Garden Motel

From the outside, it's a very beautiful garden based motel. The pools and jacuzzi are kept and maintained regularly. But the food service is just awful. Not only do they take excesively long. But 9 times out of 10, you either get the wrong order. Or you do get the right order and the staff ask you to return it, even after you tell them you already more than half. But they keep insisting, because someone else order it...well then..JUST MAKE A NEW ONE, GIVE IT TO THE OTHER PERSON AND LEAVE ME ALONE. IT'S DISGUSTING! Sometimes, at random times of the day. There's plates full of food on your doorstep. Tons of it. Mostly because that's another rooms order and the employees are just doing whatever they want. The rooms are only ok. But the ac's tend to leak a lot. The place not only needs new management. But employees that actually want to do their jobs. It's obvious that the current staff. Will run this place down.

The rooms, jacuzzi and pool are beautiful, but the room service is REALLY bad they mix the room orders(Food)!! first night i woke up with a lot of food that wasnt mine on the room service door, i asked the girl and she told me that maybe it was a wrong order from other room that they let it there i. the middle of the night while we slept, yesterday i ordered some food and after we started eating (i was eating what i order) they asked for it back!! saying they gave me another room order! i told him i touched it and i was eating what i asked and payed for, but he insisted, so i had to return THE FOOD THAT I WAS EATING ANDTOUCHED AND I TOLD HIM , we had to wait for the "correct order" and they brought me this time the wrong order... i told him and he snapped!! i had to wait for him to look again kn what room he gave my food... disgusting....!!

My stay was during the Last Hurricane we were doing the fiber restoration for the island. It was three of us staying in separate rooms, no issues with the staff, place was clean and the evening snacks were good. The only issue we had was after about a month we were there, two of us heard and saw a child running around or in the room at around 3am . But the funny thing was the child would disappear like in thin air. I woke up and he was sitting in my chair and like three seconds faded out. My buddy was woke by the kid laughing and running around the parking lot and disappeared. So obviously bugged out, we confronted the mgmt. after some bs stories, finally one of them told us what had happened in the past there. Supposedly one guy was drunk and fell in the water fountain, died of electrocution, a family slept in their car and died of carbon monoxide and three visiting females from the states were killed. At the same time we were talking by the front office a disgruntled potential customer was arguing with another staff member about not being able to rent a room that was obviously empty. After he left the person we were talking to told us the kid that was running around was in this painting in that room, I think it was room 14 or 16, and that they never rent the room because the kid would move around in the painting. So I decided to go see this painting but I was approaching the room my hairs started to stand up and as I reached the door, something told me to go in. I didn't. We found an Air Bnb the next day. Not to take away anything about the place, it was the only place that allowed a place to stay and somewhat safe because Ponce was crazy when were there. If you stay there ask and then post back here. Great place to stay, it’s clean, very good service, they have king size beds, very easy to find on google map from any place on the island.

Place was clean and room with private swimming pool was amazing. Planning to go back in a couple weeks!
