Stayed at this motel, in a family room, after a long trip from NY to SJ, then from SJ to Añasco. 2 adults + 2 young adults
Please change the towels. The current ones are small, rough and dingy.
Please include hand towels and wash cloths, as well as a few hooks or some type of towel holder in the bathroom.
There is also no soap holder inside the shower.
The bedsheets also need to be replaced because the current ones are extremely thin, rough, and dingy (they’re supposed to be white). The sheet was big enough for one person but not two, so we asked for 2 more sheets. We were told that they could only give us one more. We had to beg and insist for 2 extra sheets being that it was four of us and the one sheet was not enough to cover two people.
Lastly, the tv had no connection. At least include local channels.
The microwave and small fridge was good. The room and bathroom were clean.
The quietness and darkness of the area was the best part of the stay.
I hope you take these suggestions seriously because this place is very nice and it has been part of this neighborhood for many years.
Beds nice clean. Plenty of space. Warm friendly atmosphere. Overlooking a beautiful landscape. Service personal kind friendly with wifi capability. Food is exceptional. Loved it. Gracias.
(Families with children beware, p0rn is easily accessible on the TV) Water scarcity is common in the surrounding areas, so I booked an 8-hour room here to accommodate bathing for myself and my disabled parents. Besides the room being fairly filthy overall (I advise you to wear slippers in the shower), apparently checkout is whenever you leave with your car, whether you only arrived 20 minutes ago or stayed the full 8hrs. That's an obvious inconvenience that should be made apparent by the staff upon booking or paying for the room. My wife was almost locked in the room because I went to McDonald's to get food for us and my parents, who would have been arriving a few minutes after me. I stayed here a year prior and did not receive any trouble leaving the room for a few minutes. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again and highly recommend anyone considering this motel to inquire in advance in regards to checkout times to avoid any inconvenience.
Room was infested with ants. It was a sheet given for a blanket. .
No face towl.
No bilingual workers.
The security guard told me not take a walk.
That I needed to only walk inside my room only.
Very polite about it though.
The place was pretty. If my left overs didn't get attacked by a army of Ants.
The Ac was amazing.
The shower was hot first day. . cold next. . .
But I would try again. But maybe another room. More expensive suit to see if it was just that room.
The workers were nice. Very cool gentleman helped me today. I wish I knew his name. But he lives in rincon from New York.
He is a really awesome Person.
Thank you for your help!
