Stayed here because check in for my airbnb was the following day, clean rooms and good service! Thank fully I didn’t get a hotel in San Juan saved myself 150 bucks$ and enjoyed the views around this area are hidden gems
We arrived and saw the sign "check the room before you pay". First room, a lot of female hair on the bedsheets. So we switched to a second room and we found wet spots on the bedsheets. Third room, more hair, used plastic cups and new and used towels. All those rooms listed as "ready". They smell clean but they are definitely not changing the bedsheets after people finish using the rooms.
Room was ok for whst we needed, tv worked (netflix)... however, the bed was very hard, the water pressure was terrible & cleaning needs to be better in the bathroom.
I stayed here just yesterday. I asked the security guard if there were any rooms left it was full and there was 1 available. I get in and the TV didn't work. When they came to charge me the lady told me the TV does not work. She told me I had to choose to accept the faulty TV or go to another motel but with an atitude. I accepted because i just wanted to sleep. I asked for a bed sheet and she told me they charge $5, i asked her, can we negotiate for the bad TV? She said "NO you accepted the room with the bad tv. But always with an atitude like she was tired to attend people or tired of working there. And that was June 3 around 2am.
