Bad experience last night. Booked a reservation 2 days ago and I was very specific about the date and time, but when I arrived they had nothing for me because it was reserved for tomorrow. Totally disappointed.
The staff took pity on me because we had no where to stay, me and my boyfriend had just arrived to PR ; the staff let us use a regular room that it was not gonna be used. No hot water nor TV was working, no internet, had to use my Hotspot to watch TV. The smoke detector in the garage was beeping super loud. I could hear ppl talking outside all the time.
Good things: the staff where nice, they have room service 24/7.
Some cabins are not so bad but a few of them are not recommended especially the really cheap ones. The more expensive ones are way better an have a small balcony which is nice. Access is a little confusing and some cabins are labeled weirdly. I repeat, avoid the cheap ones unless you can settle for 70% privacy. Had a blast but had to change cabins initially because the lower end ones do not have walls that go up all the way to the ceiling, go figure🤔
I'm giving this place 2 stars and that is simple because of the manager who seems to care but isn't present when the problems really occur the spa room is amazing and should be visited if you are looking for a self spa day in a cozy room but the room they gave us after the spa was bug infested and the service was horrendous I would call to have the jacuzzi turned on and off (1 time each) and would not be answered until the 4rth or 5th time on top of that towards check out they tried to kick us out earlier than we paid for and didn't even care to look at evidence presented luckily the manager was comming in at the time we were getting kicked out and fixed it but ultimately ruined the experience which was already bad due to the bugs in the room mosquitoes and roaches not what I would have expected I will say avoid this place as much as you can unless you are looking for the spa which is the highlight of this place alone. We will not be returning! The pictures added are of the spa which was the only highlight
Cheap, 25 dollars a night but no kitchen or living room, enough to just sleep and keep moving. If u want a cheap room this is the place, they also have better rooms for more money. They have employees walking around all night long for safety reasons. 7 out of 10.
