I thank God for their service; it was wonderful. All the boxes arrived in perfect condition. Sarah and another lady were very kind and helpful. A very kind man from the warehouse helped put the boxes inside our car.
Got my stuff in the time they said I would, everything was in good conditions! Even the box was okay, didn't lose anything, and the service was good. Wouldn't say it was too pricey. It was a quick drop off and a quick pick up. I would most definitely send my stuff with them again if needed. I was nervous that it would be damaged or lost and I'm glad it wasn't, they were very responsible with everything and my personal experience with them was good! I recommend it. If you're looking for a place to send your belongings I would say at least get their information or look them up! No bad comments about them.
I used this company in the middle of the pandemia 2020. From Fl to PR.They worked so profesional and quick. Only my dryer came with a little dent but they took care very fast and I got money throughout the insurance company. No complaints!!!
Worst company ever!! This is my story: I moved from California to Puerto Rico on March 1, 2017. On February 21, the company picked up our vehicles and they arrived in Puerto Rico by March 1. On February 27, they picked our moving and said that would take about 3 weeks. We sent more boxes than what was quoted, so we paid for the difference. They picked and counted along with me, every single box that was sent and identified. They wrote everything down in the paperwork, nothing was left in my less than 300 sq ft studio. Moving arrived in their Orlando, Florida facilities and was stuck there for more than a month. Every single day was a new excuse of why the moving was hold. Not only that, but when they requested the payment, they said it had to be cash only because they got rid of credit card services. It took me almost two weeks dealing and speaking with everyone in the company about this. If they would have told me that they planned not to accept credit cards anymore, I would have make arrangements or even cancelled their service. But telling me all of a sudden that they were not going to accept credit cards anymore and that I had to pay in cash, no way! yo do not do business that way! At the end, the called saying that we were not the only customers complaining for the credit card issue and they were going to put the machine back and accept cards.
Two and a half months later, when they finally decided to delivered my moving, not only the truck driver damaged my property, but one box was not delivered I was worried because it contains a special exercise machine valued in more than $3,000. But the driver said not to worry, because it was left in their local facilities. A week after talking with everybody in that company again, lies on behalf the driver and everyone there, the finally said that they lost my box and they only thing they can do is send me a check for $36, but that they are going to have some consideration and are going to send me a check for $100. UNBELIEVABLE! I just want my box, and no one wants to take responsibility. And on top of that, when I called them , I am the one that should be angry, but on the opposite, they treated me like S*%T !! Worst moving company, employees and customer service ever! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Re:moving day Mr. Juan and his team Mr Victor, Mr.Willie, Mr. Pedro they were very
professional and on t ime. The packing was fantastic. They rap, stack and pay attention to detail, Awesome. Will give another update once the items arrive in Orlando. Thank you Team.
