Contract says 30-45 days for delivery and it’s been 1 year and 7 months , and the company is no where to be found , 55,000 worth missing , how isn’t justice served.
We had a great experience with Pryco Movers. Victoria in customer service was attentive and professional. Christian and Javier were awesome. The got us move quickly and without a scratch. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our move went smoothly. I highly recommend Pryco Movers.
Due to my current job we back home from FL to PR and we took the horrible decision of contracting this company. They picked up our belongings on May 31, 2022 and 8 months later we are still waiting. Every time we Calle a new excuse, if they pick up the phone and forgot about leaving a message, they will not call. In the meantime my kids are sleeping on mattresses on the floor, are missing their toys and we have been buying a lot of stuff that we already own. Do your self a favor and do not hire this company neither their other company La Flor de Mayo Express.
Awful, Awful!! Almost one year and they haven't delivered half of my stuff!! Shame on them!!! You call, and they always said we will call you back, yeah sure, it's not going to happen! Thieves!!! Thieves!!! I make a lot of sacrifice to pay you and look... nothing! If you want to have a hard time be my guest and call this Thieves, trust me this Company is the worst!!!!
Our stuff has been in Pryco's possession for 8 months and counting now. There is no end in sight to when it will actually be delivered.
They told us our things would leave port "within two weeks" multiple times when the reality was our stuff would be sitting in storage for many months longer. This is by far the worst service I have ever used and am astonished that it is legal to do this to your customers.
Their slowness and unprofessional service has negatively impacted my life by leaving me without my possessions for 8 months now. Do not EVER give these people your business.
