I've used multiple moving companies on the island, and these guys were great. I appreciated that they didn't *just* try to pack things in boxes but they had specialized carts for different types of objects that made moving so much more simple than ever before. They were professional, communicative, and best of all–affordable!
This has to be the worst moving company in PR. I hired them to move out from my apartment in San Juan, I stated I had very fragile and important china and table lamps that needed to be packed carefully. Where I got the boxes back, 80% in the plates and bowls were broken. I couldn't use the insurance I bought because by the time I opened the boxes the claiming time was due. I am posting just one photo so you are aware of the state the boxes when delivered. Truly disappointing. Don't hire them if you want your belongings to arrive safely.
If you are moving either from the mainland to Puerto Rico, or from Puerto Rico to the mainland, this is the company you want to consider. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful, all issues are addressed promptly and resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful, all issues are addressed promptly and resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.
