Excellent experience. Our moved was from Michigan to Puerto Rico. Reasonable pricing & the customer service at every point, from the 800 call center, the initial center in Mason MI & the receiving center in Puerto Rico, to the drivers were all exceptional! All very professional, kind & willing to help. The San Juan center worked with us while we found a suitable storage to drop the cubes in, after we saw the house didn't have space for 3 cubes. They made sure the cubes arrived & were picked up within the time frame the storage place gave us, the driver was so careful dropping & picking up the cubes to not mark the storage's floors. It was a stressful process, but not for that part. Upack was extremely flexible & our thing arrived in a week! This is the service to use when moving to Puerto Rico!
Not giving 5 because I found my leather sofa with a tear right next to the arm rest on the inside of the sofa. I personally locked the wall with the movers I hired to load on the trailer, and that load was solid with no movement. Aside from that everything went smooth in Virginia and Puerto Rico. Thank you for all the work you do.
We had a great experience with u pack. We moved to PR from South Carolina. They dropped the containers off at our house in SC and delivered them to our driveway in PR. We moved to the mountains so the driver wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to get it to our door but he made it work. I’m very happy with our service.
Moved from NY to PR. Great communication from the beginning to end. All of our belongings arrived undamaged and within the estimated timeframe. Inexpensive in comparison with their competitors. Would use them again if the need ever presents itself again.
Great company if you're looking to ship.ypur personal belongings. It got here right on time and the communication was top tier. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you're moving to Puerto Rico!
