Excellent small museum with many Taino artifacts. It is one room but it's a good room. Would appreciate more information about Taino religion, culture, etc but that scholarship is evolving. Just hope more information comes soon.
What a wonderful experience.
Fair warning, the mountain roads to get to it could be a little white knuckle at times, but the drive itself was stunningly beautiful.
The site was terrific featuring a collection of artifacts in a beautiful display with incredibly friendly staff. Not only great information but wonderful examples of not only ancient artifacts but modern revival examples as well.
Would highly encourage a visit.

6 months agoVery nice structure and great for pictures. It's small but it does have good information. Keep in mind that operating hours are limited.
