I came in for a manicure with strengther gel along with a pedicure , from start they got right to my services. my tech was Ivelisse she was very kind and sweet, very patient. my nails were absolutely lovely so neat and clean shaped absolutely perfect . i was hungry they had a restaurant next door that brings the food to you very delicous . when i was super cold she even provided a blankey for comfort! 10/10 recommend this studio for beauty services ! will be back
WORST MANICURE EVER- Asked for a gel manicure in a basic color and after a couple hours one nail started shipping and it’s been 5 days and it already looks like the photos attached to this review. Worst part of all is that it’s also the most expensive manicure I’ve ever paid for. I paid about $70 for a basic color whereas I usually pay less or the same if designs and gel tips are involved. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I now have to pay for a new manicure someplace else to fix this. Horrible horrible, DONT GO.
I had an excellent experience, 17 May 2025. I called at 10am to make a same day appointment and there was an option to text to communicate. They responded to my text promptly and scheduled me for a gel manicure. The appointment was at 3:30 PM and they started on time. Staff were friendly and greeted me when I walked in arrived. The tech did a great job and asked me several times if I liked the shape and to check the work to make sure I liked it. I think she did a great job.
My girlfriend and I made last minute reservations here and we're absolutely impressed by how great the service and the results were. The front desk attended was friendly and helpful, everyone had a great time giggling at me as apparently I was ticklish today. Would and will absolutely come back here again for another pedicure. Toes look fantastic!
Had a gel mani and regular pedi. Gel mani came out okay, pedi was done horribly. Not only did the pinky toe get messed up almost immediately after but also she painted on my skin! Not to mention the bubbles that are on my big toe as well.... would not recommend or go back.
EDIT- Instagram DM’ed them and they got me in next day to fix it. They got the color wrong and didn’t change my big toe which after a few days you can see how the pedi is wearing off in the places they didn’t put the top coat on..
Update - 9 days later... they did a pretty bad job on my toes.. wouldn’t recommend.
