I strongly advise against visiting this nail salon. I booked an appointment for gel tips and a pedicure at 4:30 pm and paid a deposit in advance. When I arrived, the nail technician told me she would start my service, but she seemed unprepared and took 30 minutes longer than expected. When I asked about my pedicure, she claimed I had only booked a gel manicure, despite my confirmation of both services. The technician did a poor job, applying paint on my cuticles and skin. When I gave feedback, she attempted to correct her work but responded with attitude. She demanded the remaining balance, claiming it was her personal payment, but I insisted on finishing my pedicure first. The technician showed further attitude when I pointed out paint on my fingers, and I eventually received her trying to fix the service. The technician lacked professionalism, and the salon failed to ensure a decent customer experience. I regret paying for this service and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Response to the salon: Whether an hour or so before an appointment it doesn’t excuse poor service. I said I didn’t want tips because I was in a rush, I didn’t ask for my nails to be rushed since I asked for a manicure. As far as the payment went I paid the remaining balance which was $10 dollars. I didn’t pay for a pedicure because I did not receive it. As far as someone intervening, another employee should have stepped in when the worker kept responding in a rude manner. Again, very disappointed with this establishment, especially when they’re asking for a deposit from folks who book an appointment.

My experience here was fantastic! I usually get dip and was impressed that they had an air filter that my hand sat on so the dust from filing and dipping didn't go all over the place. The pedicure was great too. Toe polish was done with gels (I'm not sure that they have regular polish) and this was followed by the pedicure—I thought the order was strange at first and didn't ask questions. I actually like their approach because it seems cleaner to me in these pandemic times. In that same vein, I was asked to wash my hands upon arrival and before dip was applied. Again, I like this because it means everyone's hands are kept clean through the process. The ambiance was great and Myrna took great care of me. Prices are pretty much the same as the mainland and can be done via Venmo. You will need to book an appointment so don't wait until the last minute.

Pink nails, Nane and all the girls are the best. The Nail salon is always welcoming with the greatest environment. Every time Nane does my nails the results are always better than my last appointment.

If you want a horrible experience this is where you’d want go. Extremely poor customer service and careless employees. My manicure and pedicure were rushed with many imperfections. I was fully charged for a service that wasn’t fully completed! Missing color in most nails and dents of color, had to remind the nail tech to color the gaps! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service, the tech spent more time on her phone than trying to get the job done! Glad that I won’t be returning what a waste of money and time!
