My niece and I came to Nail Bar for some much-needed girl time. We both requested very specific shapes and lengths, and both Brenda and Shania definitely understood their assignment because our nails are on fleek 💅🏼
The place is extremely clean, comfy, and inviting. The prices are comparable to others nearby, but the customer service is unquestionably what distinguishes this establishment. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Got a regular pedicure - the technician told me that it was dry and that I could go home when I left immediately upon getting in my car the pedicure was damaged. I did not have time to go back and get it fixed because we were leaving for vacation and I needed to get on a plane. I called to ask for a reimbursement Or even an in-store credit , as the lady clearly told me the pedicure was dry when it was not. the manager answered and said they would not reimburse me and that it was my fault. Do not recommend this place.
If I could give them zero stars I would I didn’t have time to get my nails done at home and the nail salon I was suppose to go to in San Juan was full so I went here the salon it self is beautiful,clean I got a full set which I asked for in the beginning they didn’t let me know that they don’t do it than put poly nails on me and it looks like a child did them a day later 2 of my nails pop off they where crooked badly shape and uneven and my boyfriend got a pedi with no polish I was charge 200$ and my nails looked a hot mess idk who gave these people their license but it needs to be taken away I was so upset because how my nails look I should have paid nomore than 20$ and 100 for pedi with no polish is extreme straight robbery
hard to find. sneaky with the prices. expect to pay $100 for a gel color change. the drinks they offer are also not complimentary. staff was friendly but i would be too if my pricing wasn’t transparent. wont be back.
I had put off doing my nails back home to get them done here and I was able to get a same day appt! I felt so welcome here and the vibes were so chill. Coral did an amazing job, a little pricey but worth it when you think about it. Supporting a real Puerto Rican business! I’ll definitely be back when I’m on the island again 🩷
